The Videogame Heritage Society is a subject specialist network for digital game preservation.

The VHS is an organisation for museums, heritage institutions, developers, publishers, private collectors – anyone with an interest in videogame history.
It’s led by the National Videogame Museum, based in Sheffield, UK.
We provide advocacy, support and expertise on the preservation of digital games and digital game culture through the network.
We operate this website and the VHS Discourse forum.
We convene meetings, run outreach events, and currently host The VHS Tapes – a monthly discussion on digital game preservation with members of our community.

Its founder members include representatives from:
- BFI
- National Science and Media Museum
- Museum of London
- C64 Audio
- Centre for Computing History
- BathSpa University
- RetroHour Podcast
- British Library
